Paul Ward has been a leadership and life coach for more than ten years.
He is a conscious leadership coach, helping organizational leaders find meaning and purpose in their lives, become more effective and make a difference for themselves, others, and the world around them. He is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and has completed the Coaches Training Institute certification program.
Leadership coaching is a one-to-one or sometimes group service for leaders or executives who want to improve their leadership performance. In conscious leadership coaching, the focus is on developing practices and behaviors based on awareness of self, others, and the environment; an exploration of purpose and commitment to responsible action.
Conscious leaders are awake, caring, collaborative, curious; they are possibility thinkers and a force for positive change in the world.
Conscious leaders create space for mindfulness, cultivate deep self-awareness, live life above the line, celebrate what is right with the world rather than wallowing in what is wrong, and strive to be the best for the world rather than the best in the world. Conscious leaders have meaningful and fulfilling lives.
